• Supervising the accounting staff by planning, organizing, and controlling the staff
• Training Accounting staff when needed
• Cash administration of WWDS-International
o planning to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational expenses
• Cash custodianship of funds of International
• Communicating with the other operational companies or departments within the WWDS-group on accounting or financial aspects
• Maintaining bank relations
• Payroll computation and payment
• Computing and bookkeeping of Travel Expenses and Time Record sheets
• Billable payroll expense
• Intercompany billings
• Accounting of actual monthly turn-over (Revenue) from deposit accounts for all companies within the WWDS-group
• Prepare ,calculate and submitting of Tax and Legal requirements in an accurate and timely way
• Monthly reconciliation
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Financial Controller from time to time
