PRACTICAL TRAINING: In the vocational restaurant, the instructor’s main activity is to transmit to students the basic skills for employment in hospitality. Besides, the instructor prepares students for the diploma delivered by the Thai Ministry of Education.
OPERATION: As a professional in his field the instructor is responsible for the economic well-being of its department (Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction at the vocational restaurant, controlling costs and maximizing revenues). The instructor is responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of a multi-million baht training facility.
ADMINISTRATIVE: Instructors are required to fulfil administrative duties (Elaboration of teaching plans, students’ evaluation & attendance, weekly, monthly and semester reports)

Must possess a degree from an international hotel school.
Must possess minimum 3 years of experience at supervisory or management level in a fine dining restaurant or 4/5 star hotel.
Must possess strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
Must be willing to learn, punctual, reliable and capable to adapt to the local environment.
